, according to head of the ASJ Academy, Emeka Amajiriaku.
Agor is currently part of the Academy set-up in his country of birth, but has reportedly piqued the interest of the Hornets and Premier League rivals West Ham.
The 17-year-old featured prominently as he helped Nigeria clinch the Under-17 World Cup in 2015 and will be eligible to sign a first-team contract when he turns 18 in November.
Speaking to British football information service ClubCall, Amajiriaku confirmed that the two English clubs are vying for the teenager’s services, but reiterated his desire to see Agor being developed at the highest level under supervision.
“We are studying offers from West Ham and Watford, we want a team that can develop the player,” Amajiriaku said.
“So we are not after his transfer fees or wages, we don’t want a situation where he is signed and he is dumped soon after.
“We have documents from Watford, we believe we can broker a better deal apart from these two teams in England. So many teams have been calling us that they want Chukwudi.”
